Jill O. Jasperson has been teaching at UVU since 1997.  She is an Associate Professor of Legal Studies.  Her expertise includes legal and business ethics, mediation & conflict resolution, business law, and consumer law, particularly usurious lending. She received her J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1993.  Jill has presented locally, nationally, and internationally on various legal subjects.
