Charge

The BEST’s mission is to educate and support members of the campus community impacted by bias incidents and empower them to respond effectively. It is not the purpose of BEST to investigate or sanction any student, faculty, or staff. It is not the purpose to take the place of other UVU processes such as Title IX or the Office of Student Conduct. The BEST does not impinge on free speech rights or academic freedom.
