COVID-19 Protective Measures

Welcome to the NOORDA Center
for the Performing Arts
To maintain a safe environment for both our patrons and NOORDA Center personnel, new protective measures have been implemented.
Patrons
Face Coverings
Patrons are required to wear a face covering while on the premises. The box office is equipped with masks for patrons in need.
Social Distancing
The maximum capacity for each venue has been reduced to allow for proper social distancing between patrons. Patrons will be seated with their arrival group and distanced from other parties.
Programs
Programs are available virtually in order to reduce contact between persons.
Hand Sanitizing
Hand sanitizing stations are available for patrons throughout the NOORDA Center.
Noorda Personnel
Health Screenings
All cast, crew, production, and box office staff members must complete a daily health screening before starting work.
Regular Sanitizing
High-touch surfaces in common areas such as venues, restrooms, and the lobby are regularly disinfected by NOORDA Center personnel.
Personal Cleanliness
NOORDA Center personnel are required to wear face coverings and practice enhanced hygiene.
Venues
Disinfecting
Venues are thoroughly disinfected between each performance with state-of-the-art equipment.
Flow of Traffic
Venues are marked with clear ingress and egress signage to direct the flow of traffic. Social distancing markers have been placed on the floor in high traffic areas.
Air Filtration
The HVAC systems have been fitted with additional filters and adjusted to increase the airflow throughout the venues.
Box Office Precautions
Plexi-glass screens have been installed at the box office window and box office staff will wear gloves for all transactions.
