The quality course shows the importance of continuous improvement in a company's quality, including the importance of company leaders participating in quality programs. Students are learning how to be leaders in world class companies and understanding how the real world conducts operations.
Quality management teaches teamwork, decision-making skills, and a cross-functional knowledge of quality methodology. Students develop a broad understanding of the importance of quality systems, good and capable supplier's, and the participation of management in quality programs, quality management technologies, system operations, and key practices.
Instructors with real life experience demonstrate techniques in the industry as well as many current practices in the workplace. Incorporating what is taught in quality management strengthens a student's resume, provides opportunities for participation in nationally recognized quality programs, and ultimately enables the transition into managerial thinking.
