Phillip Kleinman

Biography

I am a husband, father, grandfather, and American. I grew up in Arizona, receiving my Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Arizona in 1985, and my Masters in Nursing from the University of New Mexico in 1996. I served as an Air Force Nurse for 28 years. My professional certifications include Nursing Professional Development and Healthcare Simulation. I have taught simulation for many years, and have done so at Utah Valley University since 2018.
