Jeff Johnson

Biography

Jeffrey Johnson is a faculty member in the Architecture & Engineering Design Department in the college of Engineering and Technology at UVU. He teaches courses on 3D printing, AutoCAD, and SOLIDWORKS, and Descriptive Geometry.

Jeff began working for the department in 2014 as the 3D Printing Lab manager and began teaching for the department in 2017.

EDUCATION:
BS in Technology Management from Utah Valley University (2017)
AAS in Engineering Design Technology from Utah Valley University (2017)
MEd in Instruction Technology and Learning Science at Utah State University (2023)

Jeff has experience developing courses and has taught online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses. Prior to teaching, Jeff's industrial experience was focused in the Architectural field where he worked on projects like the new Salt Lake City airport. He also spent years designing custom FF&E for various franchises across the country.
