Biography

Hi! I'm Cesar...

I've got a BS in Psychology, an MS in Organizational Psychology, and an MA in Professional Communication. Also, I've had the honor of being a faculty member (Adjunct & Guest Lecturer) for some of the top universities in North & South America.

I've taught college (Undergrad & Grad) courses on: Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Storytelling, Public Speaking & Interpersonal Communication.

I've also founded three consulting & training companies (two in Latin America & one in the US), each with the goal of helping business leaders and professionals develop more influence and persuasion, by learning to leverage the power of communication and storytelling.

I've trained and consulted for some of the top companies in the world, such as: Kia, MasterCard, Metlife, PepsiCo, Walmart, and many, many more.

In 2025 I was recognized by "Global Gurus" as one of top 30 communication experts (#12) in world, and the top communication expert in Latin America.

My mission is to help professionals become great communicators and storytellers, because I'm convinced that communication is the most powerful skill we can learn for personal & professional success.
