Amy Takeno is a seasoned hospitality professional with over a decade of experience in various leadership roles in Park City, UT. Currently serving as the Director of Room Operations, Amy has demonstrated exceptional skills in coaching department heads, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving financial success. Her notable achievements include a 94% Quality Assurance Audit score in 2023 and a 9% increase in Associate Engagement in 2022.
Amy holds a Master of Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she wrote her thesis on turnover rates in hospitality. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Resort, and Hospitality Management from Southern Utah University.
