Biography

Associate Professor and Department Chair, UVU. Military attorney for 20 years. Work for DoD General Counsel for 1 year. Taught for 4 years at the United States Air Force Academy. Volunteer Small Claims Judge 7 years. LL.M. 1999, JD 1988 cum laude and BS 1985 cum laude.
