Michelle McPherson

Biography

Ms. Esplin-McPherson grew up in Utah Valley and graduated from BYU's Marriott School of Business Management with a BS in Marketing and from BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School with a Juris Doctorate (JD). Before coming to UVU, she worked in marketing, banking, sales, victim advocacy, and law. Her legal expertise includes family law, victim’s rights, adoption, grant writing, and juvenile court issues; she enjoys volunteering her services in these areas when possible. Since 2017, Michelle has been helping students at UVU improve their writing skills and career readiness through a relevancy based, practical approach to teaching. Michelle lives in Utah County with her husband and son.
