Dr. Lars Eggertsen

Biography

Lars Eggertsen has a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Science from Brigham Young University, aMasters in Social Work from Loma Linda University, and a Doctorate in Social Work from theUniversity of Utah. He has worked with a variety of populations in various aspects of social work practice. His primary areas of emphasis are social policy, family violence, disenfranchised trauma, and post-traumatic growth, CBT, and group work. Currently, Lars is a faculty in the MSW Program and has served as both the MSW and BSW Program Director at Utah Valley University.
