Biography
Adjunct Professor Emma Fullerton is a former police officer from England. She policed one of the highest crime locations in the UK as an emergency response officer responding to 911 calls. She has a Bachelor's with Honors in English Literature from the University of Sheffield, England, and a Master's of International Criminal Justice and Intelligence from the University of Portsmouth, England. Her areas of expertise include police investigations, criminal law, real estate law, missing persons, international criminal justice, police use of drones in the U.S, intelligence and open source intelligence. Emma has assisted law enforcement with police investigations in the U.S and the U.K, working on a range of serious crime cases including serial killer cases. She is a trained open source intelligence analyst who has assisted the State of Utah with their intelligence work.
