Emma Fullerton is a former police officer from England. She served as a police officer in one of the highest crime locations in the United Kingdom as an emergency response officer responding to 911 calls. She has a BA with Honors in English Literature from the University of Sheffield, England, and an MSc in International Criminal Justice and Intelligence from the University of Portsmouth, England. Her areas of expertise include police investigations, criminal law, missing persons, international criminal justice, law enforcement use of drones, intelligence, and open source intelligence. Emma has assisted law enforcement with police investigations in the U.S and the U.K, working on a range of serious crime cases including serial homicide investigations. She is a trained open source intelligence analyst who has assisted the State of Utah with their intelligence work.
