Introduction to UVU Club Sports

A Utah Valley University Club Sport is a registered student organization recognized by Campus Recreation and Wellness. Club Sports are formed by individuals with a common interest and desire to participate in a sport activity or alternative recreation sport that is non-sedentary, and at times involves rigorous physical exertion. Club Sports are competitive in nature, a member of a Regional/National Governing Body or Association in the sport, and the Club Sport travels and competes at local, regional, and national tournaments. Club Sports are administratively supported by the UVU Campus Recreation and Wellness Office; however, there is an emphasis on student leadership as the clubs are student-organized, student-managed, and student-operated.
