Executive Impact Committee
The Bolder Way Forward’s (BWF) Executive Impact Committee is composed of established Utah experts in systems thinking, collective impact, and societal change more broadly. This committee convenes quarterly to brainstorm ideas, suggest approaches, and offer strategies that can help the BWF be successful. Systems thinking is the key to making a bold change for Utah, which is that “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” In Utah, we have been working hard on related efforts using the “parts” strategy, but not fully moving together as a system. In order to ensure it does not take three to four decades to make notable progress for Utah girls and women, we must work together as a system. The Executive Impact Committee will wrestle through the complexity of social change in Utah.
