Research Strategy Committee                                                                         

Susan Madsen is the Founding Director of the Utah Women & Leadership Project. She has written many Utah research and policy briefs and white papers, research snapshots, partnered reports, newspaper editorials, and other resources. 

Jason Brown is the Vice President of Communications and Education at Envision Utah. He oversees public engagement, marketing, branding, and other communications for Envision Utah. He also oversees Envision Utah's education projects.

Dr. Jennifer Robinson is the chief of staff at the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute and oversees the institute’s communications, human resources, and finances. She oversees research projects with the goal of providing insightful information to community leaders.

Shawn Teigen is the President of the Utah Foundation. He has worked for the Utah Foundation for over a decade — researching a broad swath of public policy issues. He also teaches a public policy course at the University of Utah. He serves as a board member for several organizations. 

Kolene Anderson is the Associate Director for the Utah Women & Leadership Project. She oversees the development of research and resources, manages projects and research teams, and acquires funding that will improve outcomes for Utah girls and women.
