San Juan County Coalition                                                                                

San Juan County is unique due to the many different cultures that reside within, boasting an array as beautiful and interesting as the scenery that runs from tree covered mountains to jetting sandstone formations. Grassroots is key to long-term societal change in the Bolder Way Forward Framework, the San Juan County Coalition strives to bring the BWF message to every city, town, chapter house, business, neighborhood, and family within the county. Since the “whole is greater than the sum of the parts,” the Coalition looks at who is currently doing the work in each spoke, or focus area, and what programs and efforts are in place to support women and families in San Juan County. The co-leads, Executive Leadership Team and members facilitate communication, resource sharing, and collaborating new initiatives or programs to connect San Juan County with statewide efforts. By lifting women and girls in our county, we lift all residents.
