    Accessibility Services provides accommodations for students and visitors with disabilities, including temporary conditions and pregnancy accommodations. We support students through coordinating academic accommodations, connecting students to accessible technology and communication access, and hosting events and workshops to guide students throughout their time in higher education.

  • Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services

    Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services provides communication access for students and visitors at UVU. We coordinate interpreting services and provide assisted listening devices and speech-to-text services so students can fully access events, classes, and meetings on campus.

    Learning Disability and ADHD Testing

    UVU's Student Health Services can provide evaluations for learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, and other attention or emotional conditions. If a condition is found to negatively impact a students learning specific recommendations are provided that will improve their chance for success. Please be aware we can only provide testing to currently enrolled UVU students

    Accessible Technology Center

    We increase student access to higher education by offering assistive technology and alternative formats for textbooks and classroom media. Once students have applied for accommodations with Accessibility Services, the Accessible Technology Center can provide note-taking and study apps, screen readers, voice recognition software, and more.

  • Accommodative Testing Center

    Students registered with Accessibility Services may request testing accommodations to meet individual needs. We can provide assistive technology, alternative testing rooms, and other accommodations as discussed with your Accessibility Services counselor.
