The Academic Tutoring office is one of several tutoring departments on campus available to help you succeed. We focus on building lasting study strategies that empower students as they progress towards their academic goals. Academic Tutoring provides a Science Lab, a Business Lab, and a CET Lab with both in-person and online appointments.
The Language Lab offers tutoring space for students enrolled in language classes at UVU. Tutors are available for American Sign Language (ASL), Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

The Math Lab supports students’ understanding of mathematics and builds problem-solving skills that empower all students to become independent learners. The lab is open to UVU students and community members.

No matter where you are in the writing process, Writing Center tutors can support you with any type of writing. Our tutors offer one-on-one consultations and workshops to build students’ writing skills and support students and community members as they become confident and capable writers.
