UVU-FedEx Expression Tuition Assistance Program

Utah Valley University and FedEx Express have partnered to offer *eligible FedEx Express employees higher education degree opportunities at potentially no out-of-pocket cost! Employees can choose from any degree program that UVU offers, and FedEx Express will provide tuition assistance if the employee meets FedEx Express eligibility requirements and remains in good academic standing at UVU. Eligible FedEx Express employees will have access to the same great resources, facilities, and assistance that all UVU students have!

How do I get started?

Program Details

Initial employee eligibility for participation is determined by FedEx Express. Academic eligibility is determined by UVU.
This is a tuition assistance program based on passing grades and good academic standing.
The current maximum tuition assistance amount is $5,200 per year.
FedEx Express provides tuition assistance after classes are over and final grades received. Because of this, participants will carry a tuition balance on their UVU accounts for the duration of the semester but will not be dropped from classes or incur mid-semester late fees due to non-payment.
FedEx Express will not pay for failed courses or if the participant is not in good academic standing with UVU. The participant is responsible for paying all costs not covered by FedEx Express. UVU employs internal and external collections departments and agencies. FedEx Express will not pay for any fees incurred through collections.
Participants are not reimbursed for costs that are already covered by grants or scholarships.
FedEx Express may not reimburse some program expenses such as uniform fees for the Police Academy and fuel for Aviation programs.
All existing UVU policies and procedures will be followed.
