Bud Munns came to UVU on a rodeo scholarship and attended UVU from 2003-2006, majoring in Aviation - Professional Pilot. Using winnings from his rodeo career, he completed flight training at UVU, became a certified flight instructor, then looked into the Air National Guard at the suggestion of a friend. Two months later, he was hired with the Idaho ANG, beginning his military career as an A-10 Fighter Pilot.

We had the opportunity to capture, in Bud's own words, the pathway that lead him to where he is today. We are proud of Bud and the success he has achieved and commend him for his service to our country.
