Overview:

Republic Airways Holdings is offering a paid internship within various departments at our Corporate Headquarters in Indianapolis. Our goal is to create a mutually beneficial partnership that enriches your professional experience and promotes the unique culture of Republic Airways.

We value all of our interns and go the extra mile to make sure you receive a learning experience that fits your career goals. You will become extremely knowledgeable in the department you are placed in as well as develop a well-rounded picture of other departments. You will also learn how to work in a professional environment and have the opportunity to network with department leaders and other professionals in your field.

Internship candidates will be sought for the following departments;Human Resources, Flight Operations, Inflight, Maintenance, Safety, Supply Chain, IT, Maintenance Operations, and Marketing/Communications

Join us at our headquarters office in Indianapolis, and report to some of the industry leading Aviation Leaders. We look forward to providing you an enriched experience! **Some roles may report out of the our state-of-the-art new training center at the Ameriplex parkway. Additionally, some roles may travel during the summer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  1. You will perform project and professional work, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility as you receive on-the-job training.

  2. Participate in long-term projects as assigned by your individual managers. These projects will help further the company’s mission and your personal goals.

  3. You may utilize and experience the capabilities and functions of office software applications such as data management software - Tableau, MsOffice, UltiPro, RAMCO, and and other programs in completing assigned projects.

  4. You may also prepare reports, presentations, operational documents and correspondence containing descriptive, analytical, and evaluative content related to business.

  5. You will have exposure to higher-level staff members and will also be assigned a mentor from our Leadership team.

  6. Performs other duties as assigned.
