While we have tried to vet each book, remember that our nation includes groups and individuals with diverse interests and backgrounds. Each person’s list of preferred books will look different from another’s.

Ultimately, the choice of the books you and your child/students read is personal. We encourage you to have conversations in your home or classroom and talk about the ideas presented in the books.
