We are pleased to announce this year's Constitution Week Conference. Our keynote speaker is Dr. Nicholas Cole who is a constitutional scholar from Pembroke College at Oxford University and the founder of the Quill Project. Other speakers include Prof. Lee Ward (Professor of Political Science, Baylor University), Prof. Ilya Somin (Professor of Law, George Mason  University), Dr. Lance Sorenson (Olin-Darling Fellow in constitutional law, Stanford Law School), Dr. Tracy Gordon (Senior Fellow, Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center), Prof. Robert Natelson (retired law professor and scholar of Constitutional Law, Constitutional History, Advanced Constitutional Law, and First Amendment), Dr. Troy Smith (Professor of Political Science, Brigham Young University - Hawaii), UVU Quill Team.
