Introducing the Quill Project

Dr. Cole is a Senior Research Fellow in History at Pembroke College and the director of the Quill Project.  This project digitally models constitutional conventions, and has a special partnership with UVU’s Center for Constitutional Studies. With the help of CCS student workers, it has modeled the U.S. Convention of 1787, and the Utah Convention of 1895.  Dr. Cole discussed how his work on the project has brought together his interests in computer coding and political history.
