The Quill Project Modeling of the 1895 Utah Constitutional Convention 

For the last year and a half, CCS Wood Assistant students have been producing, under the oversight of the Quill Project of Oxford University, a digital modelling of the 1895 Utah Constitutional Convention.  On April 11th, the Center for Constitutional Studies announced the launch of their platform, and had the opportunity to host two scholars who, along with two CCS Wood Assistants, talked about its significance to the study of state constitutionalism.
