Purpose

Establish expectations for the PBA process within CHPS to increase the likelihood of successful funding for departmental and college requests. Promote thoughtful, concise and thorough PBA requests that:

1. Include justifications that help achieve strategic objectives.
2. Include quantifiable and supporting, defensible evidence.
