ELLA

The College of Humanities & Social Sciences encourages engaged learning for our students. Engaged Learning in the Liberal Arts (ELLA) grants are intended to provide support for a broad range of student-centered, engaged-learning projects.

Requests for information about ELLA grants should be addressed to Sara Ulloa, Chair of the ELLA Committee. Applications for ELLA grants must use the application form and are due to Jolene Arnoff, Assistant to the Dean for Finance and Operations, before the due dates on the first Monday of every month, as outlined below. 

The ELLA committee will consider all applications received prior to the end of the workday (5:00 PM) on the first Monday of the month.
