Ellen Hall, President/CEO of Spirent Federal, is a graduate of San Diego State University with a BA in Liberal Studies, holds an MS in Systems Engineering from USC and a BA in Spanish from Utah Valley University.

Ellen Hall, President/CEO of Spirent Federal, is a graduate of San Diego State University with a BA in Liberal Studies, holds an MS in Systems Engineering from USC and a BA in Spanish from Utah Valley University. She also has a JD from the University of Denver and is a member of the CA, CO and Washington DC Bars. She has been president/CEO of Spirent Federal Systems, a positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) test and simulation company, since its inception over 20 years ago. She was previously Vice President at L3 Harris, Anaheim. Prior to that she was a director at Raytheon in Fullerton, CA. Ellen regularly participates in industry events and is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of GPS World Magazine. In her free time, she participates in service projects in her community and abroad.
