Nicole Stevens recently completed a Master’s degree in which she worked closely with the UVU CARE Hub to analyze the public health impact of the UVU garden and pantry. She is thrilled to serve on the board and offer any help to shape the curriculum and opportunities of students. Nicole also has 3 children currently attending UVU and are huge fans!

Dr. Wiest is a UVU Alumni who previously worked at Provo Technical College teaching Dental Assisting, worked for a time as the UVCC basketball team dentist, and served as UVU Dental Hygiene Board Director. Fun Fact: Dr. Wiest took business classes 40 years ago after dental school.
