Step into the world of animal science. Explore animal biology, behavior, and conservation through hands-on activities in an animal lab. Work with real specimens, use scientific tools, and experience what it’s like to study animals as a zoologist.

Learn how to make things bubble, fizz, and change colors! Participate in hands-on experiments and demonstrations that explore polymers, acids, bases, and electrochemistry. Learn exciting methods to test hypotheses and design new solutions

Get ready to make some noise! Explore sound waves through pitch, volume, echoes, and refraction. Discover how musical instruments work and build your own simple instrument. Investigate how human hearing and speech function. Hands-on experiments make science fun, inspiring curiosity about the sounds all around you.

Jump into hands-on astronomy activities to learn about the wonders of the universe. Gain an understanding of the solar system, stars, galaxies, etc. and enjoy a special planetarium show.

The science of astronomy deals with the planets, stars, galaxies, and everything our universe has to offer! Investigate the night sky, learn about telescopes and the tools astronomers use to study space, and enjoy hands-on activities to explore, create, and learn about our vast universe.

From dragonflies and dicots to DNA and dinosaurs. Learn the process of science as you explore hands-on activities covering insects, mammals, plants and DNA. Tour some of the high-tech labs on campus and work with live and preserved organisms to better appreciate and understand the amazing world of biology!

Camps are a weeklong, M-Th, from either 9:00am - Noon or 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Camps occur the first two weeks in June. All camps take place at the UVU main campus in Orem.
There are camps for the following age groups:
Each camp is $99.00 or $149.00 depending on the age group.
There is an early registration discount of $5.00 automatically applied prior to May 12, 2025.
