How To Receive Credit for Certifications/Licenses

1. Scan your card, certificate, or other proof of credit
2. Send item(s) to Tracy Eubanks with the following information:
   • Full Name
   • UVU ID
   • CMGT Course Name & Number

You will be notified through your UVID email address within 3 weeks.

Accepted Licenses and Certificates for CMGT Credit

• OSHA 30 Hour Card (or MSHA 40Hour Card) for CMGT 1150
• LEED GA Credential for CMGT 405G (without G/I designation)
• IBC or IRC Certifications (Commercial Inspector, Residential Inspector) for BIT 1010 (IBC) or BIT 1020 (IRC)
• Utah Real Estate License for CMGT 3900 (9 credits of upper-division electives)
