Project Summary

The Painted World Project is an album written and performed by a local band called KŌMAS and was recorded, mixed and mastered by UVU students. THe result was 9 high quality, radio-ready tracks totally 29 minutes of original music from scratch. Throughout the whole process, students spent a lot of time researching, experimenting and spending time at the studio. Will Sanford, a UVU audio student who worked on the project says “The most crucial component was capturing that creativity and delivering a result that wholly reflected [KŌMAS]’s vision of the music."
