Project Summary

My Safe Place is a short 15 minute documentary film about fostering. It focuses on the story of a young 18 year old named Damon and his experiences with fostering as well as living with cerebral palsy. This short film was filmed and edited by two UVU Cinema students and was awarded Gold in the cinema category in the 2025 Digital Media Showcase.
