User Experience Research on the UVU Website

User Experience Research on the UVU Website

Project Summary

Web Design and Development students conducted research on UVU’s website using various usability testing methods, including card sorting, eye tracking, and think-aloud testing. The objective of this research was to identify areas for improving the usability of the main UVU website. The students gathered data through a survey with 20 participants, six think-aloud studies, five eye-tracking tests, and card sorting with 15 participants. The collected data was then compiled into a comprehensive 70-page report. Through this research, valuable insights were obtained that will assist UVU in enhancing its website in the future.
