We view the development of an employee mobile app as a critical step in helping employees succeed in a work environment saturated with complex, detailed tasks and responsibilities. UVU's employee app should facilitate efficient access to information and services so that employees can easily manage their workload. We aim to unify many systems into one, providing a streamlined and simplified user experience. We will achieve this by tailoring the app to employees' specific needs and creating an approvals dashboard.
