Making data more accessible across our organization will help us drive better outcomes and create incredible innovations. Our goal is to create a customizable data dashboard for each employee, accessed through a secure portal. Such a dashboard would let individuals set data preferences. Rather than wasting time hunting for data, data would be served up to employees in one easily accessible place. For this to be possible, we anticipate a transformation in our data warehouse and the tools that give employees access to data.
