We aspire to make hybrid meetings technologically seamless for participants. To achieve this, we need the proper combination of technology, meeting design, and culture. It's important to note that not every meeting must be hybrid. For example, activities are often inaccessible for remote participants. In cases where remote participants might be excluded, we encourage face-to-face meetings rather than hybrid meetings. Fortunately, when we move into our new building, we will have rooms equipped with the necessary technology for remote attendees to view whiteboards and participate more actively in hybrid meetings.
