Outlook Email
Students will receive new email addresses in the form [email protected]. This significant
change will enable students to interact more fully with Microsoft (MS) tools such
as Outlook email, calendars, and Teams. Students will no longer use email addresses
in the form of my.uvu.edu.

Rollout Schedule
- July 19, 2021: Fall 2021 enrolled students will begin migrating from Gmail (with emails ending in @my.uvu.edu) to Outlook (with emails ending in @uvu.edu).
- August 20, 2021: After finals, Summer 2021 enrolled students will begin migrating from Gmail (with emails ending in @my.uvu.edu) to Outlook (with emails ending in @uvu.edu).
- Summer 2023: Completion of migration. Gmail to be eliminated.

- Gmail will be going away in the summer of 2023. Look for messaging about it and check the Google Transition page for details.
