Biography

Machiel van Frankenhuijsen, currently working as a Full Professor at Utah Valley University Department of Mathematics, was born January 7, 1967 in The Netherlands. Dutch and US citizenship. Passion for teaching and research.Current theme of research is the construction and study of geometric frameworks to study questions in number theory, in particular, the abc conjecture, and in the theory of zeta functions.
