Biography

Shawn R Neider serves as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Utah Valley University. He earned his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA in Finance and Entrepreneurship where he served as Student Body President for the Fully Employed MBA program. He earned his BA from Brigham Young University in Japanese and Business Management.

Shawn has served as Managing Director, Vice President and Senior Consultant for global consulting and investment banking firms working with the C-level leadership of Fortune 500 clients. He has extensive experience in capital and fundraising, strategic partnerships, and international business development, having previously served as CEO, CFO, Controller and Vice President for multiple successful startup, venture funded and high growth companies. He has also been an advisor, presenter, instructor, trainer and Adjunct Faculty member for various universities and non-profit organizations.
