Miki has been a higher education professional for the last seven years. She got her start at Utah Tech University as an academic advisor for several departments before moving to UVU in 2022. As part of the Workforce Alignment team, Miki works closely with UVU academic programs and our technical college partners to develop agreements that allow students transferring from the tech colleges to receive credit at UVU. She also maintains UVU's robust portfolio of those agreements. Recently, she's begun working with UVU's satellite campuses on the courses and academic programming that they offer. Miki has a passion to make sure students have the opportunity to continue their education while maximizing their prior learning experiences.
