Biography
Sara has over 10 years of experience as a UX researcher and nearly 20 years as a writer. She earned a bachelor's degree in English at The University of West Georgia and a master’s degree in Information Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. She has worked with leading companies and organizations, such as Google, Qualtrics, and the Centers for Disease Control.
Sara's passion is to understand people—from who they are and what they like to how they make decisions. She focuses on understanding what makes a person's experiences with products, applications, and programs accessible, enjoyable, and useful.
She thrives on research and collaboration with others to create positive experiences for people, and she really does believe that good user experience makes the world a happier place!
