Biography
Talia Taylor, a Utah native, received her bachelor?s degree in art history at Utah Valley University in 2019 and never left. Following her graduation and a study abroad in art history, Talia began working with accessibility services, transcribing for the deaf and hard of hearing. While working as a transcriber, Talia has also enjoyed working within the tech start-up world as well as law offices. She followed her employment with accessibility services by moving over to UVU?s Museum of Art at Lakemount and collaborating with different members of the staff to make the museum more accessible. Talia is elated to work with the Annual Giving Team to help make schooling at UVU more accessible to current and prospective students.
When Talia isn?t working, she can be found at home with her husband and their beloved hedgehog. She enjoys putting together puzzles and Legos as well as taking long walks ? especially inside museums and gardens. Talia is always on the hunt for the next greatest vegetarian recipe and constantly planning her return to Florence, Italy.
