With a background in communications and public relations from Idaho State University and a master?s degree in academic advising from Kansas State University, Alison has consistently applied her expertise to create meaningful impact in diverse educational and organizational settings.
Her global perspective was honed during her time in Singapore, where she volunteered with the leadership academy that is now Global Learning Lab, teaching high school students leadership skills they brought back to their communities across Asia. Prior to this, Alison held leadership roles in major organizations, including Microsoft, where she spearheaded university recruiting initiatives, and Tether, a premier design firm, where she refined her operational leadership skills.
Currently serving as Director of Enrollment Services for Utah Valley University?s High School Concurrent Enrollment program, Alison leads with an adventurous spirit and a focus on creating accessible pathways to higher education.
