Biography
Hello there! I am a UVU alumni and a former collegiate XC and Track athlete. I was recruited to run for UVU from 2014-2018. While there I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education and received All- Academic honors by both the WAC & NCAA. In competition I won many individual and team WAC titles and was named Outstanding Athlete of the meet at several WAC championships. I have continued on in my athletic pursuits by competing in the marathon, and qualifying for both the 2020 & 2024 Olympic Marathon Trials. I was able to hit the Olympic Marathon standard and finished 12th at the trials in 2024. In my professional career, I went on earn my Master's Degree in Education and Leadership at SUU in 2022. I have returned to work at UVU to follow my passion of mentoring student athletes, alike my former self, to succeed in their athletic and educational journey. My goal is to help these student athletes transition initially into the collegiate world and to help them follow their dreams both in sport and career after leaving UVU.
