Biography

In 2014, Jennifer started her exciting career with the Utah Fire and Rescue Academy at Utah Valley University. She began as a Certification Assistant and is currently serving as a Certification Specialist for the Northern Utah Region. She was just awarded the Employee of the Year Award for 2020 and is so humbled by this acknowledgement. She works with amazing people every day and never expected to love a job so much.

Prior to working at UFRA, Jennifer was a Recreation Director for Saratoga Springs for 9 years and enjoyed serving the citizens of the city and working with the youth. She also worked as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Utah at KUED Channel 7, KUER Channel 9 and for Residential Living.

Jennifer received an Associate's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Rick's College and then a Bachelor's Degree from Weber State University in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Health Education.
