Anna Cohen

Biography

In my diverse work history, I have built both regional and global digital strategies for consumer products (McDonald's, Girl Scouts, TD Bank) and healthcare brands (rare disease, respiratory, oncology, neurology, renal, hematology, diabetes, and women's health products). I geek out on pulling apart the customer experience puzzle and re-creating it in a way that integrates brand value across the continuum of customer touchpoints. With experience being the competitive battleground for modern brands, a customer- and data-centric approach is imperative for marketers.

Some recent projects I'm proud of include creating the global launch digital strategy for several immuno-oncology brands, the development of omnichannel guidelines for global market consistency within a renal franchise, and crafting experiential marketing initiatives to launch a breakthrough therapy in mental health.

Currently working as the CX director in-house for a women's health company, I hope to infuse my time in the classroom with practical expertise from my real-world, ever-evolving experience.
