Manager -- Concurrent Enrollment Program Assessment
-Oversee and enhance assessment strategies for concurrent enrollment programs involving managing data analytics processes, leveraging advanced analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BI to interpret and visualize data effectively.
-Conduct comprehensive data-driven assessments, create insightful dashboards, and generate actionable recommendations to inform programmatic decisions and improvements.
-Collaboration with academic departments, stakeholders, and administrative teams to assess program outcomes and student success metrics effectively.

Manager CE - Live Interactive and Data Analyst
Manager Support Services -- Extended Studies/Distance Education
- Oversee the logistical support for all UVU live interactive classes, including instructor training, facilitator training at distant sites, blackboard updates, and management of Exams/Assignments between distant sites and UVU.
- Resolve any issues from classes, including grading, cheating, classroom discipline, etc.
- Define policy and procedures for distant Live Interactive classes.

- Responsible for educational design and project management of an Internet Geometry and Measurement product funded by the U.S. Department of Education through an SBIR grant. The Department of Education has identified the product as one of the top three SBIR projects funded.
- Responsible for all communication between the Department of Education and Alpine Media, including submitting quarterly reports describing project progress, conducting meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations, and traveling to Washington, D.C., to conduct presentations.
