Dr. Kalani Eggington

Biography

Dr. Kalani Eggington is from Brisbane, Australia and is a professor of Elementary Education. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology Composite Teaching with an emphasis on Microbiology from Brigham Young University, a Master of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Teacher Education from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a PhD in Science Education from The University of Queensland. Dr. Eggington taught science and health for 7 years at Dixon Middle School in Provo, Utah. She currently teaches Elementary Science Methods and Learning Environments at UVU and is proud to be an ISTE certified educator. Dr. Eggington is also the chair of UVU's For the Love of Reading Conference.
