Biography
I grew up in Santaquin, Utah and am the second oldest of five children. I graduated from UVU with high honors in Health Education. I married my high school sweetheart and we have a little boy. I am now a professor at UVU and enjoy teaching so much! I have coached and been involved in a lot of different sports including gymnastics, swim team, track and field, and many others. I love being outside and going on adventures with my family.
